While Centre Line Signs Makes every effort to ensure that your job is correct, complete, on
time and on budget sometimes problems arise that are outside of our control.
You must contact us as soon as you discover any issues. Do not ship the product back to us
without talking to us first (we do not accept any unauthorized returns). Please note that
Canadian orders are subject to GST, Ontario orders are subject to GST and PST.

 Please Note: All items are priced in Canadian Currency.


Payment
Our policy is that all goods must be paid upon final approval by the client prior to going into production.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
In order to ensure the security of the transaction and protect your credit card, payment is made ONLY by
telephone, in store terminal, or secure internet transaction. We do not store your credit card information on
any computer.

Please do not email your credit card information!

Security

Centre Line Signs operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and
password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and
enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided
by our customers.

Privacy

Centre Line Signs collects customer information and maintains a customer database such as name,
address, phone number, email address, but we never store credit card or debit information on our
database.

We use this information to communicate with our clients in order to understand their needs and to
promote only our own products or services that may be of interest. We do not provide this
information to third parties. Please contact us if you have any concerns or do not want your
information to be stored or used in this way. Centre Line Signs also requires customer
information to be kept to satisfy regulatory demands. 


Shipping Policy
 
All products are inspected for quality assurance before shipping. Centre Line Signs guarantees
our products to be of good quality and free from manufacturing defects upon delivery. If your
signs or banners arrive damaged, please notify us immediately by sending us an email at
info@centrelinesigns.com or call us at (905)628-4224.

Please thoroughly review ALL order information (quantity, size, material and finishing).
Customers must also thoroughly review ALL email proofs to ensure accuracy
(colors, spelling, etc.). Centre Line Signs is NOT responsible for order/proof errors that have
been approved by the customer. All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. (Please note
any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.) In order to expedite this process please email us
a photo of your sign and clearly explain the problem. Once we have received this from you, we
will contact you. Centre Line Signs uses UPS for all shipping. Please be aware that all shipments
will also be subjected to the policies and regulations of UPS.

Shipping Date

Some orders are processed the same day the final proofing is approved by the client. Depending
on the type of signage you have ordered and the finishing required, your order will take 2-4
days to complete and ship.

Orders for Sandblasted Signs, Banner Stands and other displays will also require extra time to
process. We will advise you at the time of the approximate shipping date.

Our experience has taught us not to rush the finishing process. We will not ship until we
are assured the product is ready.

Express Shipping
Next Day shipments are limited to the service ability of UPS. Some rural delivery locations are
not eligible for next day shipping. For more information please contact www.UPS.com.

Misdirected Orders
Currently under 0.5% of all orders are misdirected or misplaced. Please be aware that this is a
possibility and if it occurs the shipping company will do as much as they can to speed up
delivery. Centre Line Signs is not responsible for misdirected or misplaced orders. All time
sensitive orders should be confirmed as soon as possible to allow maximum time for transit.
UPS will refund the cost of shipping in circumstances where they are found to be at fault.

Lost Items
If items are declared lost by the shipping company, we will reprint and re-ship the order as soon
as possible at no cost to the customer. Typically, it takes 10 days for the shipping company to
declare an item lost.

Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you automatically by UPS once your order has been
scanned by them and is in their system. Please check all your mailboxes on your computer as
sometimes this email can end up in your Junk email box, depending on the security level you
have set up in your computer.

Customs
All our signs and banners are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Ontario Canada. We
advise US. customers to supply Federal Tax ID. to ensure all shipments have a smooth passage.

Return Policy
In ALL cases if you are unsatisfied with the goods or services delivered please contact us. We’re
not happy unless you are! Do not return your order until you have contacted us.

Damaged goods
All products go through a quality inspection before they are shipped. On the rare occasion when
there is an issue with the delivered items, please contact Centre Line Signs right away for
instructions.

Errors
The final proof must be checked carefully for size, material spelling and color. Production will
only proceed with your approval of this file. While Centre Line Signs will work with you to
solve any errors we do not accept responsibility for errors once you have approved your proof.
